I've spent much of my professional life understanding people, finding exceptional individuals and bringing them together with the right opportunities.
Over more than two decades working in international search, I've learned that finding the right person requires much more than matching qualifications or ticking boxes. It takes research, judgment, patience and an understanding of human nature.
My personal life has taught me something equally important.
I've experienced relationships that began with genuine attraction and hope, but didn't always stand the test of time. I've learned that chemistry and long-term compatibility aren't necessarily the same thing.
And that finding someone who truly fits your life becomes no easier simply because you've become successful.
I've also learned that the right person may not be within your immediate circle, or even in your own country.
With my background in engineering, international search and technology development, I began exploring how these disciplines could be applied to something far more personal.
